News release from South of Scotland Enterprise   The next step for the Mountain Bike Innovation Centre will be made next week, when the full business case for the project is formally presented to Scottish Borders Council. The project – which received outline business case approval in 2022 – is due to be discussed by Councillors on Thursday 29 January.
